Beautifully renovated rectangular defence tower whose history can be traced back to the second half of the 11th century. The tower has 3 living floors, a cellar and a roof terrace. There is also a garden of 85 sqm.
During the renovation, much attention was paid to the details and to find suitable materials. This is for example reflected in the beautifully finished and fully equipped kitchen, the iron radiators and the wooden stairs and floors.
Various architectural features from the time when the tower was built, have been preserved all these years, like the original stone walls, the defense slits distributed on the exterior walls, and the windows with so integrated called ‘love-seats’.
This house is located in a small village just a 1.5 hours’ drive from Barcelona and 50 minutes from the city of Lérida.
