Casa Internos is a simple off-grid house in a small, quiet village about a 20-minute drive from the pleasant town of Graus, which offers all amenities.
The house is built of natural stone and adobe (traditional clay bricks), and part of the walls as well as the entire roof have already been well insulated. The property is ready to move into and is being sold furnished, although some work remains to be done to finish the house entirely to your own taste.
On the ground floor there are spacious storage and hobby rooms, as well as a bedroom. The first floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining and living area, a second bedroom, the bathroom, and a covered terrace with beautiful views.
In terms of utilities, the house is completely self-sufficient. The electrical system consists of three solar panels (600 Wp), a new inverter and a new lithium battery (330 Ah), supplemented by a 5 kW generator as a back-up. Rainwater is collected in eight 1,000-litre water tanks. Hot water is provided by gas boilers, and there is a septic tank.
