The front door opens into a hall with access to the storage rooms and the staircase to the living areas. The beautiful and architecturally striking staircase forms the central axis and divides the house into two sides.

On one side of the staircase, on the first floor, there is a living room, bedroom and bathroom. This part also has direct access from a village street.

Thanks to the use of colour and the bright atmosphere, this living room with adjoining bedroom exudes Mediterranean charm; a place where you immediately feel at ease and want to stay.

On the other side of the staircase is the spacious L-shaped kitchen with dining area. The layout with various rooms and homy corners makes this an ideal family home, with the large kitchen as a central place to gather.

The kitchen is basic and functional, with the beautiful old stove as its centrepiece.

On the second floor, one part consists of a large bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom.

On the other side of the staircase are two more bedrooms and the stairs to an attic room. The attic room has windows and could potentially be converted into additional living space.

The top floor consists of a lounge room and a rooftop terrace.

The terrace with its beautiful panoramic view is an ideal place to start the day with a cup of coffee and to gather in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the amazing starry sky.

The ground floor consists of old stables and spacious storage areas. Beneath it is a beautiful vaulted wine cellar, in keeping with the tradition of this wine region and ideal for storing local wines in perfect conditions.

La Conca de Tremp

The Tremp Valley is an area with extensive and varied possibilities for excursions. In the valley there are the reservoirs Terradets and Sant Antoni and there are many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, paragliding, and climbing. The valley of Tremp is also known for its castles, the fossils of dinosaurs, authentic villages and friendly people.

Casa Miró is located in an authentic village where people enjoy rural life. Spanish rural life is a mix of simplicity and richness: fresh produce from the land, the rhythm of the seasons and strong ties with neighbours and the village. Here, it's all about taking time: for a chat at the old wash basins or in the shade of a covered street, a long lunch in the sun and tending to the (vegetable) garden or animals.

The village is located between the reservoirs of Terradets and Sant Antoni, in the up-and-coming wine region of DO Costers del Segre — where you can relax on the water, taste wines from small winemakers and enjoy the annual wine and jazz festival in the evening.

The house is located near the Montsec mountain range, an area that was declared a Starlight Reserve in 2013. During the day, you can go hiking, climbing, paragliding or kayaking, with the impressive Congost de Mont-rebei gorge as the highlight. In the evening, you can enjoy a starry sky from the terrace that is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe.

For the more adventurous, within an hour’s drive there are plenty of opportunities for skiing, white-water sports or challenging hikes.
