Discover the beautiful Pallars Jussà region

The village is situated in the heart of the beautiful and diverse Pallars Jussà region. Discover the lake of Montcortès and the lake of Sant Antoni, the valley Fosca with its cable car to the national park Aigüestortes i Sant Maurici, the gorge of Mont-rebei, the wildlife park Boumort… Hiking, mountainbiking, climbing, swimming, canoeing, it’s all possible.
But also discover the medieval villages, the Romanesque architecture and let yourself be surprised by the hospitality of the locals and the regional gastronomy.

On a hot summer day, there is nothing better than finding the water. You can do that in the Flamisell river at 1.5 km. from the house. This river is very suitable for fishing, taking a refreshing dive, jumping off rocks and relaxing.

The nearby beautiful Vall Fosca, with its over 30 natural lakes scattered over the northern part of the valley. The cable car at the end of the valley is the ideal way to get up to altitude quickly, because within fifteen minutes the cable car will take you to an altitude of over 2150 metres. From the high station there are numerous possibilities for walking. It is also an entrance to the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici national park.

A walk across the nearby markt town of La Pobla de Segur takes you through medieval streets, past authentic shops, a beer factory where you can taste the home-brewed beers and cosy squares with terraces. During the weekly market, you can enjoy the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables and all kinds of local specialities.

The Sant Antoni reservoir offers plenty of opportunities for swimming and other water sports. But also to relax with a snack and a drink on a terrace on the waterfront.
